Gary Cooper is a natural leader. His business approach of integrity, relationships, hard work, and repeatedly growing small companies huge is invaluable to Vintage Escapes. Prior to real estate, he oversaw the 3,000+ employee Winyah Health Care Group. Along the way, he earned the reputation by Ernest & Young as one of the top three Entrepreneurs in Health Sciences in both North and South Carolina.

Kathy Besse

Kathy Besse knows logistics. She has represented many of the most prominent real estate developers along South Carolina's coast. Now as Vintage Escape's Broker-in-Charge, she uses her versatile real estate experience and knowledge to fine-tune logistics and systems. She ensures that the operations run smoothly, but more importantly, that they are constantly improving.

 

Marvie Collins

Marvie Collins oversees the accounting for Vintage Escapes and our many vacation properties. Having spent over two decades crunching numbers, managing divestitures, and organizing acquisitions, Marvie is capable of even the most sophisticated accounting tasks for property management.

 

Bev Garrity

Bev worked closely with property owners and on site teams to achieve revenue goals and to ensure an exceptional experience for clients and residents. A strong listener who establishes client satisfaction through hard work and commitment to the task at hand, she has successfully created strong customer loyalty. Her genuine way of doing business allows the vacationer to relax as she takes care of all the details!
